Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders may be subject to verification and approval before shipping and can take up to 48 hours to process. After your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please review order info as well as shipping address to make sure all information is correct. As soon as your order is processed and fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Shipping charges vary based on the product, weight and delivery. If you need your item faster, please select Expedited Shipping.

Waves will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments take between 3-6 weeks to arrive. International customs processes vary from country to country and can add time to your shipment.  Custom fees differ from country to country and can be charged in addition to what is paid to Waves Gear. Tracking information may be limited or not available.
